Guide: • Kanako (hotel staff member) • Syou (hotel staff member) Full Program: Day 1: Meet at Izunagaoka Station at 10:30 AM  Arrive at the hotel  Change into uniform  Receive an explanation about the job  Lunch  Clean the guests’ rooms  Greet guests and show them around the inn at 3:00 PM  Prepare & serve dinner  Clean up  Dinner at 9:00 PM  End of the day Day 2: Begin work at 7:00 AM  Serve breakfast  Eat breakfast at 10:30 AM  See off guests who are departing  Meet to reflect upon experience at the inn  End of the day at 12:00 PM While staying in an Ishinoya guest room at Nagaoka’s high-class ryokan (traditional Japanese inn), you will experience what it is like to work as a waitress or head clerk at the inn. You will be accompanied by someone in charge who will thoroughly explain everything to you, so even first-timers should have no difficulties in participating! So what do you say to seeing what it would be like to work at an authentic Japanese inn? Your tour guide will accompany you and offer assistance on all activities during your two-day stay at the inn. What’s NOT included: • Transportation to Izunagaoka Station • Cost of lodging at the Ishinoya Inn for one night, two days, and three meals o 1 Person: 23,000 JPY o 2 People: 18,000 JPY per person Reservations should be made at least three days in advance.
